Soldering of Medical devices
Medical devices that are ultrasonically welded in very large amounts are almost always filters for:

The fantastic advantages of using ultrasonic soldering for medical devices is in the repeatability of the operation, the filing of machining data, the welding speed and the aesthetic cleanliness of the welding itself.
Each single medical device must be designed to be welded with ultrasonic, also identifying the degree of mechanical and hydraulic sealing and, potentially, the types of stresses and testing to which they are subjected to.
Sonotrodes and the installation guide pieces are always built ad hoc and are mainly made of a titanium alloy.
Soldering machines used for these productions can be used with various frequencies, from 35 to 20 kHz.
