Ultrasonic Soldering of medical devices
Ultrasonic welding machines for the welding of medical devices are almost exclusively used in cleanrooms. Most welded parts are made of PC – PP – EVA – PBT – SAN – KRISTALL.
Ultrasonic welding machines located in cleanrooms are protected by see-through soundproof enclosures or they are completely sealed off with air circulation and does not produce fumes deriving from the welding process itself.
The ultrasonic soldering machines have multiple work frequencies from 20 to 35 kHz.
