Ultrasonic Sealing process of tea bags

Ultrasonic is used in the sealing process of the tea bags we find in the global market.
Ultrasonic allows for numerous benefits thanks to the materials with which tea bags are made, PA-similar or non-woven fabrics.

Ultrasonic negates the use of glues, making the product eco-friendly, and guarantees many more work cycles than other welding technologies.

The machines for the sealing of tea bags using ultrasonic have a production capacity between 300/900 units/minute.
The processes are cutting and searing,  i.e. by contact through movement of the vibrating unit and/or the seam welding process through an oscillating system on the horizontal axis.

The most commonly used frequencies are 30 and 35 kHz.
Generally, 10 to 15 units are used per system.
